Have any of you ever used the services of TriNovis/TriComply? This is something that we are looking into for Compliance help and input. The cost is $195 per month. I am just curious if the benefit is worth the cost. Any input that anyone has would be greatly appreciated. In these economic times, we do not want to spend money on anything that is not worth the cost.

We use TriNovis/TriComply. The benefits are worth the cost. Blair Rugh takes care of the Compliance. He was with Kirchman (FIS) for many years. I believe that he started the Regulatory Compliance Area there. (The BIG ORANGE BOOK) He has many years of expierence and knowledge.

Do they offer a help desk, meaning one could call in and ask a compliance related question and what is the response time.

They have a forum type that you can submit questions. They also have an email address in which you can submit questions. I would say that the response time is about 24-48 hours typically although it has been a while since I submitted a question. They also give out direct email addresses and phone numbers I think in which you get a quicker response.

We also use and I find them a very valuable resource for answers to compliance questions, training resources, policies and manuals. Think it is absolutley worth the $$$ to have another "tool in the Compliance toolbox"

Yes, we use this compliance resource. Their response time on ad reviews and private questions is great. The training also provides CRCM credits and always on the current topics. The compliance manual is like the "old orange book" as Blair Rugh wrote that manual. I have only good things to say about the services TriComply offers.
