Reviewing a mortgage file and it appears that the LO reissued a GFE because she listed the Transfer Taxes on the wrong line of the original GFE. I have read RESPA FAQ and changed circumstances and don't believe this would be as she knew the fee, just listed it on the wrong line. It was the LO mistake, so I think we have to reimburse for this. Am I correct?
