If a business owner withdraws enough cash for a CTR from their business account, does both business and business owner get listed as benefactor on the CTR? It can be determined from the withdraw slip that the funds are for business related expenses.

Thanks for the help

If the funds are for business related expenses, then the business would be the beneficiary (Section A) and the owner is the conductor (Section B).

If funds are withdrawn for business purposes identify the business in Section A and the individual conducting the transaction in Section B- assuming the business is not a sole proprietorship.
