Our external deposit complaince auditor is planning a visit to our LPO. Any suggestions what he will be looking for? And, what questions should I prepare the loan officer for?

If it's your external DEPOSIT compliance auditor who is planning the visit, I would presume that he/she would be looking for activities being performed by the LPO that are not within its purview (e.g., are the loan officers taking deposits?).
