We are planning a drawing at our bank for a child's item (CD or toy of some sort) and a drawing for an adult item (CD or promotional product). Can children under 18 enter into a drawing in Kentucky? If not, can we allow parents to enter their child?

There is no purchase necessary/no requirement to open and account ,etc. so this isn't a lottery - open to everyone.
