We are changing to a state bank charter. Is the CRA Public notice and the Equal Housing poster address for the Dallas Fed still:

Are you going to also be a member of the Fed? If not, you are going to be regulated by the FDIC.

Yes. We will be a member bank. It will be the FRB and State Bank regulated.

I have found recent address changes for the FDIC and updates to the regional OCC offices, but the latest I can find on the FRB is CA 07-06 with the address I mentioned above that's in Minneapolis. Does that same address cover the Dallas FRB?

That is now the correct address for all regional FRB offices.
