Good Morning,

Reviewing a HUD statement that does not list the name of the hazard insurance company on line # 1002. The attorney did name the county for the property taxes portion.

Technically, since this is for the escrow account ("reserves deposited with the lender"), does it have to be itemized?

Also, on line 1201, it says the goverment recording charges are payable to "register of deeds." Should it be more specific and the name the county?

Line #1002 would need to list the payee if any funds were disbursed to the insurance carrier.

In a perfect world line #1201 would specifically name the county but I think "register of deeds" is OK.
