We currently offer 25 basis points off the interest rate if an borrower signs up to have his/her payment for an installment loan taken directly from a savings or checking account. Marketing would like to offer a special whereby the borrower would receive $50.00 in cash back if he/she signs up for auto payment.

What kinds of regulatory issues would we be facing?
