Is there anyone out there that wouldn't mind sharing a copy of their confirmation letter that is sent out to customer's upon a change of address request? I would like to see some sample verbiage to gauge how general the information in the letter should be.

Our notice basically confirmed change of address and requested immediate contact if information was incorrect in any way. No specific account details were disclosed. Notice was sent to both old and new addresses.

What do you do if the customer is deceased and the address is changed?

Who authorized the change of address? Was the account in the deceased's name only?
