Does anyone keep a listing of names including past customer names that you do not want to establish a banking relationship for? If so, who maintains the listing and how is it shared with others?

We have one housed on our intranet page, maintained by the head of our deposit accounts and also (predominantly) our collections department.

Create CIF record (set for permanent retention, if possible) and flag with your code for "hot list" customer.
