Does anyone keep a copy of the SCRA notice sent to delinquent borrowers? we have always been ok just showing examiners our procedures to send out to borrowers that are delinquent, but have never kept a copy of each delinquent borrowers notice in their file.

There is no requirement to do so and we do not.

This is one of those issues you demonstrate compliance with procedurally. I haven't heard of a retention request or requirement.
