Our internal auditor is telling me that I'm required to train our retail and operations staff on 31 CFR Part 210 regarding government payments in closed accounts. I'm having no luck finding information on the required training for this. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Are they stating that the staff needs training on this process so that they know how to handle. That would not be unreasonable, whether or not required by law.
