Currently, I am faced with doing several audits this year in which I have not performed in the past. It takes a lot of time to set up spreadsheets, etc when doing an audit. Does anyone know of a good internal audit resource in which they provide you with checklists, templates, etc? Note: the price would have to be really reasonable for us to consider.

We bought the Audit Bank Manual through Thomson Reuters. It's pretty decent. For any compliance related audits, I would suggest looking at OCC, FDIC, CFPB websites for their exam manuals.

Had Thomson Reuters and went to Sheshunoff. We like Sheshunoff for our Compliance Audits. Internal Audit is a little more difficult using an external resources, since you are auditing according to policy and procedures with a few exceptions.
