I need help. I have been in compliance for quite some time, but am new to the organization I am working for. I've been working through a long list of compliance issues and have finally met my match. Does anyone out there have a copy of a decent Adverse Action Notice that I can utilize on Deposit Accounts?

We use Chexsystems and they have a form that they provide to us. You should check with the company that provides the service for your bank. I would bet they have something for you to use.

We also currently use Chexsystems, but have used a form from Bankers Systems in the past.

Ditto on the Chex Systems form. Works well for us. Keep a copy in your files - we file them with the loan declines - and your auditors will love you!
