What CRM solutions are you using at your institutions? For relationship management, we are still using an excel file in a database format. We are looking at rolling out something a little more robust, such as filemaker pro. Anybody use that one? I would be interested in a discussion of this and other applications.

We actually developed (are still developing) a solution that is fed from Fiserv Premier extracts using Viewpoint (their data warehouse). It's built with ASP.NET on the front, and a SQL database on the back. It's pretty basic at this point, but has potential. We really didn't find anything that met our needs from both a use/cost standpoint. Not sure what core you use.

We have ITI. We use Viewpoint to extract data as well, but we are struggling with tracking prospects that are not yet clients. additionally, we want to track information that is not on our core system, such as last contact information, WIP, etc.
