Has anyone updated their Concentration of Credit Policys and or Procedures since the December 2011 changes?

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Thank you for sharing the link to the Concentrations of Credit handbook. While we haven't created any Policies or Procedures we do have quite a few new reports and a few changes to Loan Policy. Most of this, for us, goes back a few years ago to when the main discussion was on concentrations of real real estate. For monitoring purposes we coded our commercial and agricultural portfolio by NAICS code. We review monthly, in management committee, various concentration reports that are in-depth by NAICS code.

We did change Loan Policy to identify max concentration limits by industry type.
