Is anyone using DecisionPro (or DisasterPro as our staff now calls it) from Harland? We've been using the system for about 6 months now and it still doesn't work correctly. Just wondering how long it took for other people to get the system operational.

We have been using Decision pro for about a year. What types of problems are you having? I will be happy to put you in touch with our person who handles DP if you like. Send me a pm if you want.
