If an existing customer (for whom a credit report has already been pulled, including credit score etc.. disclosures and is less than 12 months old) comes back to the bank for another loan can the credit score disclosures that printed with the credit report on file be printed off and given to the customer or is it necessary to pull a new report to get updated disclosures?

Having a permissible purpose (or lack of) to use that older credit report is likely a bigger worry than current disclosures. You can search this forum, probably using "permissible purpose" and see many posts discussing this subject.
