Laser Pro has a section at the bottom of the rescission form for the borrower to sign after rescision that confirms that they did not rescind.

To my knowledge this is not required. Am I correct?

Yes, you are correct that it is not required by any regulation.

HOWEVER, if you're selling to investors, use a different form that does not have the second signature line. The investors we deal with all want signatures on every signature line there is. When it came to the RoR, they're like terriers if that line is there and left blank. So we switched forms and VIOLA! problem solved.
