The examiners have found that our HMDA-LAR is missing multi-family loans of which some ended up on the CRA data Listing Report...of course I need to get this straightened out. However, at what point is the bank required to refile the HMDA-LAR is it up to the examiners discretion or is there a certain % of errors that trigger the requirement. The amount missed totals 0.6% of the loans filed. Should that require a resubmission. This was never cited "found" before so it is not a repeat violation. Help!!

The percentage is 5% of qualified errors. I agree, this appears to require resubmission but I am unclear.....did the examiners tell you to resubmit?

The examiners are asking the Regional Office about refiling but they haven't given me a final decision but with it only being less than 1% (.6%) I thought maybe I could try to fight the issue.
