I'm reviewing a privacy notice, and the bank offers these options to limit their sharing. Is this okay? I'm concerned that it strays from the model notice, but it does give one acceptable method. Is it okay to add others?

To limit our sharing

  • Call toll-free 1-888-555-5555 or
  • Visit a Bank location or
  • Write to us at [address]. Requests should include your name, address, and telephone number.

Kelsey,

Just my opinion but I don't see why anyone would object to the methods your company is offering.

I do not see any issues as we use telephone and and online methosd for our opt-outs.
