We had additional attorney fees to determine ownership rights that we did not know would need to be done and were not shown on the GFE. We are now out of tolerance. Do we need to cure this or is there a way to redisclose?

Only if you redisclosed the GFE within three business days of learning of the issue.

If you handed it to them in person, no. If you mailed it, you would have to wait 3 calendar days excluding Sundays and Legal Holidays
