Can someone tell me where to find lending limits in the Indiana code stating how much a bank may lend to a single borrower? While national banks have these limits at 12 CFR 32, the Fed says that state chartered banks would be subject to state law. Thanks.

FYI, In case anyone reads this. I found that Indiana simply follows the OCC regulations located at 12 CFR 32. The Indiana Code states at IC 28-1-13-13 that the Dept of Financial Institutions may apply 12 CFR 32. I spoke with someone there who confirmed that this is what they do.
