Situation: Property taxes are due May and December of each year. Borrower paid 1/2 in May. Loan was refinanced in April and first pmt. is due in May.The 2012 May tax pmt does not show on the Intitial Escrow Stmt. because the borrower paid. I hope this makes since. Can someone help me with this?

Okay will try to explain ---- The 2012 May tax pmt. is not showing as a disbursement on the Initial Escrow Statement because the borrower paid outside of closing.This results in the beginning and ending balances on the Initial Escrow Statement to be way off. So not sure what to do about this. Any suggestions?
