Are the tract lists that you can get from the census data maps the tracts for 2012 (even though the maops themselves are from 2010)?

Is there an easy way to find the exact changes from 2011 to 2012?

Further South than I wanna be.
The tracts won't change each year. The change will be between 2000 and 2010. That being said, there are occasional changes like in 2004. I am not sure what effect going to the 5 year income average is going to have on the actual tracts but for now, you use 2010 tracts.

I should note that you will only use the 2010 tracts for 2012 loans and going forward.

I guess what I was referring to was that when you go to the FFIEC website to GEO code, it tells you that you must use the 2012 census tracts. So, are you saying then that there is no difference between the 2011 and 2012 tracts?

The 2011 CRA submission used the 2000 Census Tracts. The 2012 submission must use the 2010 Tracts.

We had 55 become 88, and several changed income levels.

Good luck.
