This might be a picky question, but for State Member Banks the Board notice says to use a facsimile of the logo and legend on the Equal Housing Lender poster. The poster has the "Equal Housing Lender" under the house. I've seen it both ways on other member bank websites, some on the same line and some under. Does the FRB require that it go under the house?

It should be under the house because the text and graphic compose the logotype. But I am not aware of a bank taken to task for having the graphic and words on the same line.
