When choosing a PP select one that doesn't have added sugars. Isopure is a good one that doesn't have a bunch of junk in it. You can also get one called Whey Cool from Designs for Health (my personal favorite). BioChem is another good one that I have used with great results after working out.

Way, way south.
You might want to look into a Soy Protein Powder as the latest I've been reading is that it's better for your body than Whey.

Whey for me. I have a bad reaction to too much soy...

I used to use IsoMax, but it got too expensive. We order the Gold Standard now. Maybe I'll look into some of those other ones...

Who really knows which is better? Might as well go with a powder that contains both, just in casein wink

I used to use Apex products when I was doing more weight lifting. Recently, I've been trying Advocare's meal replacement and energy drinks.

A Becka Marr sighting? No whey! wink Hi Becka - really nice to see you!!!

I've been buying Optimum Nutrition protein at GNC and I really like it. It sits better on my stomach and seems to work well for me. This version has the BCAA's blended right in for me, so I don't have to buy those separate like I did before.

I use Optimum's Pro Complex blend. I like the BCAA's and the protein to calorie ratio. I order mine through bodybuilding.com though as they are MUCH cheaper than GNC.

A CU, Where Regs Don't Apply
Also, for those buying a new brand/kind, don't jump right into the big bulk option. Learned recently via the "hard way", you may not react positively to a new type and then will be saddled with a large tub of stuff that will make you sick. smile

I'm going to attempt mixing it with something else to see if I can still use it, if my attempt to return it doesn't work out (don't expect it will with 2 weeks worth of it gone already). We'll see!

Just finished three performances in a stage combat show, but that's about it.
