When you click onto the "plus" and enter the second persons information, do you enter the amount in #21 again? The two owners of the checking account came in and made one deposit of $11,000.00 - would I enter $11,000 twice?

I'm not sure if it will stop me if I'm wrong.

Thank you in advance for any help with this

You enter the amount associated with each person on the persons pages, even if that means "double listing". You also enter the number again on the transaction page.

In your example of 1 deposit of 11000.00 cash would look like this:
Person 1 Page--11000.00 into acct 1234
Person 2 Page--11000.00 into acct 1234
Transaction Page--11000.00 deposit

On the transaction page, there is math capability that forms a total. But there isn't similar capability that aggregates amounts from person pages.
