SOMEWHERE
Does anyone have a matrix or decision tree or anything of that nature that can be used to help commercial lender determine if a loan qualifies as a communiy development loan? Thanks.

The FRB of Dallas website (community development heading) has a pdf file which has a CD Flow Chart for Loans, investments and CD Services.

Tpye CD Flow Chart into the search box.

Further South than I wanna be.
We pretty much use the Q&A internally but the flow chart would be useful by expanding the loan portion of the chart.
