We denied a customer a RE loan and sent the AAN, they want us to reconsider but we don't want to because the outcome will be the same. Any suggestions on how we should handle this? Thanks.

Tell them that your decision stands per the AA they are holding, or to submit a new application if they wish. Then deny again if appropriate.
