we are struggling with how to document opening a deposit account for a LLC.
We ask for the articles of course, but there may or may not be a operating agreement under our state law.
what do others require from a llc in order to open the account?

-Articles
-State registration/certificate of existence
-Resolution
-TIN certification letter from IRS (I disagree that we need this since we get a W-9 certification on the sig card and B notices from IRS for mismatches)
-Info on signers/CIP
