Hi Everyone. Currently, my firm has one department that gathers all the CRA data from the vaious LOBs, verifies it is CRA qualified, and does the annual submission as well as the periodic peformance exam. We are trying to put in place a risk assessment for our LOB's that includes CRA. Has anyone done this type of assessment where you try to have the LOB assess their risk for non-compliance with CRA? If so, what types of things did you have your LOBs review or test? This regulation is so subjective and peformance can be viewed various ways, I'm not sure how to push it down to the LOBs or even if should be. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Just for clarity, is LOB "line of business"? I have not seen this term used often enough to know...
