Sounds like a UDAAP issue. Maybe a little regulatory oversight would be in order here. If you were related to a senator or congressman, you could get this fixed.

I guess it depends on what it includes at the specific hotel until I can determine if it bugs me!  Like when internet access is not bundled in the resort fee...

The hotel we stayed at for the ABA RCC had a $10.00 a night fee that covered wireless internet and 2 bottles of water a day....no choice on whether you wanted either...

i've never seen this...and i've been everywhere, man, i've been everywhere
maybe my elite status at Marriot and Hilton prevents these charges for me...
