The President's Puzzle

Dick Cheney walks into the Oval Office and sees The President whooping and hollering.

"What's the matter, Mr. President?" The Vice President inquired.

"Nothing at all, boss. I just done finished a jigsaw puzzle in record time!" The President beamed.

"How long did it take you?"

"Well, the box said '3 to 5 Years' but I did it in a month!"

Maria--

Someone must have just copied the Aggie joke page and put Bush in place of the word "Aggie." That joke was also on the Aggie joke website.

Here's another jigsaw puzzle item:

The President calls the Vice President on the phone and says, "Dick, get over to the Oval Office right away. I need your help."

"What is it? What's wrong?" say the Vice President. "Well", says the President, "I'm working on a jigsaw puzzle and I'm having a heck of a time with it."

"What is the puzzle of?", inquires the Vice President.

"It's a picture of a rooster, but I just can't get the pieces to fit together right." replies the President. "All right. I'll be right there", says the VP.

He rushes to the Oval Office and as he looks over the President's shoulder at the mess on his desk, sighing he says, "Mr. President, that's a box of corn flakes."

And this one is a former Blonde joke. Amazing how Dubbya can fill in for the Blonde in the jokes without missing a beat.

President Bush was visiting the Queen of England and asked her how she runs such an efficient government? The queen said you have to surround yourself with very smart people. Bush asked, "How do you do that?" "Well", said the Queen. You ask them a brain teaser type of question.

So the Queen calls in Tony Blair and asks him, "If your parents have a child and it isn't your brother and isn't your sister than who is it." Tony Blair says, "Well that is ME of course." Impressed Bush returns to the States and asks Dick Cheney, "If your parents have a child and it isn't your brother and isn't your sister than who is it." Dick says, "I'm not sure let me find out." Dick goes to several people including congress and no one knows the answer. Finally he goes to Colin Powell. Colin says, "that's simple, it's ME." So Dick goes back to the President and says, " the answer is Colin Powell." To which the President responds, "No you idiot - it's Tony Blair." :-D

For a joke about a grammatically-challenged President, I had a hard time getting through a few lines on that one...

What a great joke about the Queen and Bush. Have you ever seen that site that has "Bushisms" I saw it a long time ago but don't know where it is. It contains some actual quotes from his speeches etc. Pretty funny (and scarry)

Our President sure has a knack for messing up words--good thing none of us have that problem! It would be scary.

You know what I find interesting? Our president graduated from an Ivy League school, and he is the first president with an earned master's degree, and yet people think he's a dim bulb.

His father, on the other hand, was accused by the media of being a wimp ( Newsweek even had that on a cover), and yet he's jumping out of planes in his seventies.

Could it be that, [gasp] the media don't like the Bush family?

I liked old George, I just can't tolerate young George's smirky little puss!

That's not even a good doctored picture. At least the Kerry/Fonda picture was convincing (although irrelevant).

Maria, I know I would not like to have a phalanx of photographers who spend their entire day, day after day, just waiting for the opportunity to snap an unflattering picture of me. Ones that make me look dumb, unattentive, bored, boorish, etc. I'd wind up with some pretty embarrassing ones (think caught on camera in mid-sniffle, yawn, etc.) I think it is amazing that there really aren't that many embarrassing photos of GWB.

Jim, that happens to me every time anyone takes a picture of me, which is why I never get my picture taken...

And I hope everyone knows I am jesting here...

I know you are. That's why I pointed out that the picture is doctored.
