All of our MLO's are now paid an hourly rate. However we recently hired a new originator that will be a branch manager in addition to an MLO. Is there any problem with this individual being paid a salary rather than hourly? They are already registered with the NMLS.

No issues as long as they aren't paid based on the terms of the loans.
