How specific do you need to get on the software/hardware requirements in the e-sign disclosure?

Is this too specific, could I go more generic?

- An Internet browser that supports 128 bit encryption
- Adobe Acrobat Reader 6.0 or higher
- Sufficient electronic storage capacity on your computer's hard drive or other data storage unit or access to a printer
- A personal computer (for PCs: Pentium 120 Hhz or higher; for Macintosh, Power Mac 9500, Power PC 604 processor: 120-MHz Base or higher), operating system and telecommunications connections to the Internet capable of receiving, accessing, displaying, and either printing or storing E-Communications received from us in via a plain text-formatted e-mail or by access to our web site using one of the browsers specified above
- Windows Vista and Windows XP (Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0 or higher or Firefox 2.0 or higher) Mac OS X 10.3 or higher (Firefox 2.0 or higher)

Unless they discourage enrollment, the details don't hurt. ESIGN's standard is kind of like obscenity--you'll know it when you see it. That's the purpose of the test drive. If the customer's hardware & software allows him/her to demonstrate success, that's all that matters.
