We have a new employee who changed his NMLS employer information. Does the new employer bank need to have a copy of his MU4R form showing the employee attested to the accuracy of information that was provided. Also we did a background check, but it did not include fingerprinting, do we need documentation that fingerprinting has been done.

The MU4R should be accessible on the NMLS website. The NMLS can reuse fingerprints if they are less than 3 years old. As long as your background check came back, and you were able to activate the MLO, then you should be fine.
