Is anyone else watching this new show on Monday nights? It is not the sort of show I typically watch, but I was intrigued enough by previews that I tuned in for the first episode. I am now hooked. It is interesting to me to watch Eric McCormack in this role, so completely different from the character he played in Will & Grace.

MsGilmore is hooked on it, I've not and likely won't watch it...

I tuned in after it started, but I enjoyed what I saw of it. Without giving too much away, I must say the last scene surprised me enough to make me want to watch the next episode.

Is it like The Mentalist? That was my first impression from the commercials.

Not sure, I haven't ever seen The Mentalist.

In Perception, the professor played by Eric McCormack is schizophrenic, and he has interactions with people all the time who may or may not actually be there. He helps a former student, now an FBI agent, solve crimes.

I love it! Very intriguing.
