I have looked at the state regulation 655.60 regarding appraisals but it did not mention when we are required to give a copy of an appraisal to a borrower. Can anyone tell me if there are any Florida regulations that require us to give a copy or notice of right to recieve a copy of an appraisal to a commercial borrower? Reg. B requires for any dwelling this is strictly a commercial property.
