Our SCRA notice says it exp on 7/31/2012. Does anyone know if an updated version has been released yet? Or if they plan on releasing one?

HUD had that last one up, down, revised, down, revised, down, revised... I don't expect them to update it in a timely manner but I'd love to be surprised.

I don't know why it has an expiration date unless it requires OMB review or they expect contact info to change. In any case, I'd use the current after the July date unless you specifically hear guidance otherwise.

Apparently HUD has revised the expiration date on the notice to be 11/30/2014, however the same typos from the original notice, as well as the revision date of 6/2011 are still in place.

Be advised, there are old forms out there as well.

I'm a terrible proof-reader. What typos are there in the document? Are you suggesting that we not use it at this time?

I was wondering the same thing. Next Tuesday is the expiration date, and I do see where HUD updated the notice with the new date, but since there are still typos and the revision date states 6/2011, I wonder if they're not completed.

Will BOL be updating the notice on the site once the revision is complete?

I'm betting that HUD still isn't aware of the typos.

May be a silly question, but how can you edit the form off HUD's website to include your bank's information?

I copied and pasted into a Word document and left room for the Bank info.

Unfortunately when I tried that and pasted it was all jumbled up. The margins and indentions are all off.

I think BOL has a word version you can download and edit?

FWIW the BOL version is updated. The expiration date is updated, the typos are still corrected.

As Andy said, the typos have been corrected in the version available in Banker Tools. And speaking of typos, "HUB"? Personally, I think HUD's failure to see its own typos deserves this "typo" -- DUH.
