The fall season dancers are announced today. I'm not sure how I feel about an all-star cast. I guess I will just wait to see who is dancing.

The "star-studded" lineup includes past contestants Kirstie Alley, Emmitt Smith, Bristol Palin, Pamela Anderson, Joey Fatone, Helio Castroneves, Melissa Rycroft, Shawn Johnson, Kelly Monaco, Drew Lachey, Apolo Anton Ohno and Gilles Marini.

The final contestant will be determined by fans, who can vote for Kyle Massey, Sabrina Bryan or Carson Kressley to round out the "Dancing With The Stars: All-Stars" cast.

I was hoping to see Hines Ward again. It is always a football player or an Olympic medalist who wins so this should be interesting. I just wish Kirstie Alley were not coming back. Have the announced the partners yet?

The blonde woman from wrestling a/k/a George Clooney's paramore, Stacey Keibler? Methinks she's moved on to greater things.

What about Nicole Scherzinger - one of the best 'star' dancers ever on the show

Yes, that's it! I always thought to myself "She's no elf with those legs" when she danced.

If they wanted all stars they should have had only people that were in the top 2 each season.

They may have asked some of the others that finished better but they may not have wanted to do it again.

HILARIOUS ED !!! But since i am such a reality TV junkie I will admit that I will most likely get sucked right into this season. I am already wondering if two "celebs" return that danced on differant seasons with the same Pro, who will the Pro dance with or are they being paired with all together differant pro's than they had in previous seasons?? See there I go ~ someone save me

I guess we are going to have to watch the Kirstie/Max duo again. I'm not sure I am ready for that.

Some of the stars were matched with their partners from the past and others received new pairings. Among those who will be dancing with their old partners are Bristol Palin, Emmitt Smith, Joey Fatone, Kirstie Alley and Melissa Rycroft.

Below is the list of all of the pairings:

Emmett Smith and Cheryl Burke

Pamela Anderson and Tristan McManus

Kelly Monaco and Val Chmerkovskiy

Gilles Marini and Peta Murgatroyd

Shawn Johnson and Derek Hough

Melissa Rycroft and Tony Dovolani

Helio Castroneves and Chelsie Hightower

Drew Lachey and Anna Trebunskaya

Bristol Palin and Mark Ballas

Apolo Ohno and Karina Smirnoff

Joey Fatone and Kym Johnson

Kirstie Alley and Maks Chmerkovskiy

I agree. I would think the ones who are dancing with old partners would have a definite advantage.
