A friend of mine (not from this area) thinks it is crazy that we have Chicken Fingers on the menu at our local Chinese Restaurants. Are they on the menu in your area?
Chicken Fingers?

chicken wings on the menu...yes

but not chicken fingers (although the little fried chicken strips that are known as "sweet and sour chicken" are commonly referred to as "chicken fingers" by kids that don't like chinese food) laugh

You're exactly on to it. Many chinese restaurants have added a "chicken fingers" item that is nothing more than the chicken for sweet and sour chicken packaged for kids who want their comfort food.
