I dont have one, but have a couple of recommendations based on current experience. Start with the 2005 "best practice recommendations" and rate your program based on compliance with each one. Also consider the actual usage of the program and effectiveness of the program to ensure informed use by your customers.

Is your program "disclosed", is it "ad-hoc"? If you post a short description of how the program works, you might get a more precise response. I sent you a PM as well.

Are you an FDIC bank? If so, you should also use the Overdraft Payment Supervisory Guidance issued in November 2010 (FIL-81-2010) in risk-assessing your bank. Actually, even if you aren't FDIC, it's good guidance to consider. smile
