I have a trust where the owner is not a trustee. There is only one trustee on the account. Can the owner of the trust inquire anything about the account like the balance, copies of the statement, etc. Copies of the statement are currently going to the lawyer.

There is no such thing as an "owner" of a trust account. The trust is it's own entity and only the trustees have rights to the account information.

I misspoke. When I said "owner" I meant the person who set the trust up. She/he is not a trustee as well so I assume she/he cannot access information on the trust?
