Really not sure anymore
We are wanting to increase our hours. Currently the lobby closes at 4:00pm M-F and will be changing to 5:00pm M-F.

Do we need to notify our customers OR regulator prior to making the change?

Thanks ETX, will do. We are of course going to post the changes on website, in lobby, bank door and other marketing tools.

Just not sure about notifying 30 days before hand. It is not adversely affecting customers.
