I'm not sure if I need to add both clients to the CTR. Husband came in and did a deposit with less cash of $7,000.00. He came back later in the day and did a w/d from the same account for $11,000.00. The wife also came in during the day (not at the same time) and did deposit to a different account with less cash of $300.00. Do I include the wife and the $300.00 on the CTR?

I wouldn't add the wife to the CTR. Wife did not contribute to the reportable amount of cash out that benefits husband, and to the banks knowledge, (I assume) she did not benefit from the cash the husband withdrew or received back from deposit. Just my opinion.
