sorry to rain on your bar, but pirates didn't really run around saying "arrggghh" and shiver me timbers, and all those other things you saw in the movies...
many of the pirates of the 1600-1800s were well educated men, and under the authority of their countries, were allowed to raid the merchant ships of other countries as long as a small portion of the proceeds was given to the government (they preferred the name "privateers" over pirate, privateer indicating it was government sanctioned)...
anyway, most of you will be so drunk trying to act like Johnny Depp that you won't remember this, so please continue with your delusional pirateness...
