Just thought I would take the afternoon and read about Reg S! I know.....get a life. (P.S. I can't find it listed in Alphabet Soup.) But anyway I happened to notice in the outline that reimbursement rates to financial institutions for providing financial records will be reclaculated on October 1, 2012 and on October 1 of every subsequent three year period. Has anyone heard if the hourly rate has been adjusted and if so, to what? As always...Thanks!

Reg S is there under the FRB (not CFPB) Regulations. As you indicated, the reg says it will be calculated on October 1st - guess we'll have to wait until then.
