Our bank has recently begun offering nondeposit investment products. Would anyone be willing to share their NDIP audit program? We are a national bank regulated by the OCC (I do have the Comptroller's Handbook dated Feb. 1994). Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Although you are regulated by the OCC, you might find the information the OTS has in its Thrift Activities Handbook helpful. Section 710 discusses NDIPs. They now call them networking arrangements. Click here and review the information for section 710. The OTS updated this section in January 2004.
