For the Lender's Title section of the HUD-1 that lists out the Agent's portion and the Underwriter's portions on lines 1107 and 1108 does the company/vendor need to be listed as well?

We know that the amounts are required for those lines but I am having trouble locating in RESPA where it says to list the company/vendor its going to as well. I have an LOS system telling me one way and a lender telling me the other.

If anyone knows of a section of the regulation that lists this I would appreciate the help!

Our's shows who it is going to, but that may be because it would be an additional 3rd party, and not the settlement agent closing the loan and handling title services.

From Appendix A:

For each separately identified settlement service in connection with the transaction, the name of the person ultimately receiving the payment must be shown together with the total amount paid to such person.
